When I launch TracePro, I see a license error - Key Serial No. XXX does not support Release 7.5.0/7.5.1. How can this be resolved?

TracePro license error - Key Serial No. XXX does not support Release 7.5.0/7.5.1
Symptoms
When TracePro is launched, it checks to see if you are entitled to run the current release. The file that contains this information is stored in C:\ProgramData\Lambda Research Corporation\TracePro The TracePro 7.5.0 installer has a bug, so it did not set the read-write permissions for C:\ProgramData\Lambda Research Corporation\TracePro correctly. Running TracePro when logged in as a Windows User will block the automatic download of the latest license file.
