When I right click on a surface number in the Surface Data Spreadsheet and choose Insert Catalog Lens from the resulting pop-up menu, nothing happens. Is this a known problem? How do I fix this?

Insert Catalog Lens dialog does not appear
Symptoms
This is a known problem if you performed a new installation of OSLO starting with 6.4.4. If you are updating your installation of OSLO from a previous release, you will not encounter this problem.
Solution
This is an indication of a problem with the installation script and not a problem with the OSLO program itself. To remedy the situation, please perform the following steps:
- Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder where OSLO is installed(i.e. "c:program filesoslo")
- Right click on the folder where OSLO is installed (i.e. "EDU64, "Light64", "Std64" or "Prm64") and choose "Properties" from the pop-up list.
- In the resulting dialog, make sure that "Attributes/Read-only" is unchecked and click "Apply".
- In the subsequent dialog, select "Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files" and then click "OK"
- In OSLO, issue the command mkcat; on the command line. Some file information will be printed to the text window. You can ignore this text.
- Re-start OSLO
This should completely remedy the problem for this and all future sessions of OSLO.
