TracePro 201 – TracePro Optimization

This four-hour, instructor-led, online training course is intended for someone who has completed our Introduction to TracePro class, or for someone that has experience with TracePro. In this course we will cover the theory behind optimization and then provide a full overview of the Interactive Optimizer in TracePro. All aspects of the optimization process, including creating the geometry, applying properties, setting up sources, and defining optimization targets will be addressed. After that we will work though several optimization examples featuring lenses, reflectors, and light guides. This course will be a mixture of lecture and hands-on examples. A digital copy of the course notes will be supplied to all attendees. Attendees wishing to complete the examples during the class will need to provide their own TracePro license.
