I have OSLO Premium 6.2.2a installed and I know notice that some of my menu options are missing. What is the problem?

OSLO Premium shows OSLO Standard menus
Symptoms
"There are 4 items (instead of 6 items) shown in the "Tolerance" menu (even disabled items are counted). The second to last item in the "Evaluate" menu is "Energy Distribution" not "Polarization"."
Solution
This is a problem that has occurred to a few customers. The problem stems from some part of the OSLO installation that has become corrupted. We have not identified the exact problem at this time. However, we do know that uninstalling and then re-installing OSLO fixes the problem. If you are running OSLO 6.2, you can try installing OSLO 6.2.2a (downloadable from our website). If you are running OSLO 6.2.2a, you will need to uninstall it and then install OSLO 6.2 from the CD-ROM followed by the installation of the OSLO 6.2.2a update. These re-installations should not affect or overwrite any personal files that you have created in your Private directory.
