Solution
A few customers have observed this message since 2018.
One customer found that the proxy server on the network had changed and CodeMeter was still trying to use the old one. The details of the resolution are not known. To view the proxy server settings:
- Launch Codemeter Control Center
- Select Web Admin
- Configuration|Basic|Proxy
One customer resolved the error by installing a later version of CodeMeter User Runtime:
