I am attempting to copy a few of cells from an electronic spreadsheet (such as MS Excel) into OSLO, but OSLO only accepts the entry for the first cell. Is there a trick that I am missing?

Solution
The cells in OSLO's spreadsheet have been implemented to be multi-functional and as a result are not directly compatible with cells from other Windows spreadsheet-type programs. This means that a series of cells cannot be directly copied and pasted into OSLO using the MS Windows clipboard. However, the OSLO lens file format is a simple format consisting of a sequence of OSLO CCL commands. If you formatted the spreadsheet properly, you could write the contents of the spreadsheet to a text file that can (in turn) be read into OSLO.
