Did you know? TracePro Editions

Did you know TracePro is available in three editions, TracePro LC, TracePro Standard, and TracePro Expert?

TracePro LC Features a powerful non-sequential ray tracing engine, a complete set of analysis tools including irradiance and illuminance maps, 3D irradiance and illuminance maps, 4 different types of candela plots, luminance and radiance plots, photorealistic rendering, path sorting, ray sorting, and many others. TracePro LC can also model 4 different types of sources including grid sources, surface sources, file sources, and image sources. There is no limit to the number of sources that can be used in TracePro LC. TracePro LC also features both analysis and simulation raytrace modes.

TracePro Editions, 1

TracePro Standard includes all the features in TracePro LC but adds additional features such as a powerful optimization capability, asymmetric surface scattering models, a flexible macro language, bulk scattering, polarization, importance sampling, diffraction capabilities, volume flux, temperature dependent properties, and many others.

TracePro Editions, 2

TracePro Expert includes all of the features in TracePro Standard and adds our RepTile property for modeling repetitive microstructures, a texture optimizer, fluorescence modeling, birefringent materials, a direction sensitive surface property, temperature distributions, and user DLL surface types including the new PlanOpSim metasurface capability recently added to TracePro Expert.

TracePro Editions, 3

All versions of TracePro include a wide range of standard property catalogs as well as the ability for users to add new properties to their property database at any time.
