Suppose I have assigned a user-defined surface property to some of my surfaces. Then at a later date, I wish to modify that property with the property editor. Do I need to re-select the surface property for each surface, or does the new property get established automatically?

Solution
It gets established automatically, and it also gets established in any other model that may call out the same property. Re-selection is not required to use the new data. The Property Names are attached to the surfaces and objects in the model. The actual data is stored in the database file which by default is named TracePro.db. The default location for TracePro.db is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Lambda Research Corporation\TracePro. The Audit process will extract the data from the database and assign the values to the model for use during the ray-trace.
