"There are materials in the plastic catalog that are equivalent to the two you are looking for. In the plastic catalog, there is a pmma material, an Acrylic material, and there are two polycarbonate materials, Polycarb and Polycarbonate. These materials should be close to what you need and should be a good starting place. TracePro allows you to generate additional properties which are added to the property database for use in multiple TracePro models. I would recommend that your first source for property data be the manufacturer of the material. The Handbook of Plastic Optics is a useful reference on this subject.
